Information Collected By inVentiv
Information that you provide: inVentiv collects and stores Personal Information and other data that you voluntarily submit into forms or data fields on our sites. InVentiv is not responsible for removing information from or updating information contained in third-party lists or databases of any kind.
Please note that we reserve the right to keep any personal or non-personal information submitted or collected until you delete or modify it or as long as needed for the specific business purpose or purposes for which it was collected
Reviewing, Changing or Removing Your Information
In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, inVentiv gives users the option to change, modify or delete their previously provided information. If you would like to change your information currently in our database, or you would like to request removal of your Personal Information please send a request marked "Privacy-Urgent" to CommsInnovation@inventivhealth.com.
We are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information according to its sensitivity. We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put into place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to help safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Retention of Personal Information

Latest ten years after our last direct contact with you, we will delete your information from our databases. Additionally, at any time you can request we remove your Personal Information.
